Booking Terms
- Reservation Procedure:
Reservations can be made through our website, via email, or by phone.
All necessary information must be provided to complete the reservation.
- Non-Refundable:
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due upon check-in.
We accept credit cards, cash, and bank transfers in certain cases.
- Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations up to 30 days prior to the arrival date are possible with only the loss of deposit. If the booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival the total price of the reservation is due and will be charoted against your credit card given at the time of booking.
- Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 12:00 PM.
Early check-in or late check-out requests will be considered based on availability and charged accordingly.
- Board Basis
All reservations include breakfast. Breakfast is served between 8 am. and 10:30 am. Guests are not allowed to bring food and drink into the property.
- All customers will be provided with sunbeds and pool towels. These towels are not to be removed from the property and must be returned at the end of the day. Sunbeds cannot be reserved and towels will be removed by staff if left unattended.
- Accommodation Conditions:
All rooms must be used in accordance with the maximum occupancy limits of 2 people.
- Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed.
- Guest Responsibilities:
Guests are responsible for respecting property rules and the peace of other guests. Visitors are only allowed in guest rooms with the approval of property management.
- Required Documents:
A valid ID or passport will be required upon check-in.
- High Season and Low Season Rates:
Our property operates low season rates in May and October, and high season rates from June to September.
